Welcome to Williamsburg Elementary School! At W.E.S., it is our hope that all students realize their full potential and recognize the many talents they possess. To this end, our team will work tirelessly to ensure your child comes to love school and develops a passion for learning.
Our team is committed to providing a challenging and rigorous curriculum that helps each student progress at a developmentally-appropriate pace. However, our work doesn’t stop here; we’re committed to teaching the entire child and recognize the importance of making social-emotional learning a part of our daily work. Our school is recognized as a School of Character through the Character Council of Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky due to our commitment to character education. Most mornings you will find our teachers leading morning meetings with our students, helping all students experience the sense of belonging while preparing them to have a successful day. We believe our positive school culture helps our students feel safe, which allows them to focus on learning.
We value the growth mindset and seek to make your child’s learning experiences engaging and exciting. We want your child to come to embrace challenges and remain persistent while learning.
I encourage you to become an active member of the W.E.S. community. In addition to the opportunities that will be communicated through our teachers, becoming a member of our PTA is a great way to get involved. We partner with our PTA to provide a number of family-centered events.
